I needed a company to come out and give me a bid for a concrete back patio, and I’m so glad I found Next Phase Contracting! John, the owner, and his crew did an outstanding job. The concrete patio turned out great, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. They did an excellent job transforming my backyard into a space I can enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Next Phase Contracting to anyone looking for quality concrete work. John and his crew did a fantastic job, and I would definitely hire them again in the future!
We had a great experience! When we started looking for someone to do our concrete, I had six different people come out and give us bids. His price wasn't the cheapest, but after talking with Juan it was clear why. He took the time to answer every question I had, pointed out things I hadn't even thought to ask about, and never made me feel rushed. The whole process was professional from start to finish. The concrete delivery was well organized, they showed up with the right equipment, provided really good prep work, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. The finish on the concrete turned out really nice - 10x better than the concrete work our home builder provided. If you're looking for someone who cares about doing the job right instead of just getting it done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We're really happy with how everything turned out and I'm glad we chose NEXT PHASE Contracting over the lowest price.
Great work fixing cracks in my concrete. Looks brand new.
Definitely Five Stars! High quality work at reasonable price. Another plus was the quick response and completion of the project. We highly recommend this company!
They showed up on time when they said they would finish the job in a day looks beautiful. I like the young people that did the job and I also like the price quality workmanship at reasonable price. Also, they cleaned up everything when they left I would recommend these fellows to anybody.
I found John in a community group when I posted a Hail Mary for a landscaper to clear my lot asap. He was very responsive and got the job done before my deadline for a fair price. Very happy with his services and highly recommend.
We wanted to expand our backyard patio for gatherings, and this team made it happen. The extension blends perfectly with the original slab, and the finish is clean and professional.
